Daily A/R and A/P Operations:

Daily Deposit Responsibility:
Manage daily deposit processing to maintain financial integrity.

Bank Reconciliations and Transaction Monitoring:

Scheduled and Ad-Hoc Reporting:
Prepare regular reports and respond promptly to ad-hoc requests.

General Ledger Entries and In-Depth Analysis:

Work with various branches and departments to resolve complex accounting issues.

Debit Memo Processing, Organized Filing, Data Quality Assurance, and Commission Tracking:

ARC Matching and Closing:
Skillfully manage ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) matching and closing to ensure financial accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 Years of Accounting Experience and Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounting principles.
- Fluency in Japanese and English:
Proficiency in both languages for effective communication.
- Effective Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Hybrid Office Commute:
Ability to commute to the Torrance, CA office approximately once a month.
