- Maintain and run queries/reports on the donor database, Blackbaud’s eTapestry-
- Conduct all gift processing and associated data entry, including gift tracking and acknowledgement-
- Generate mailing lists and mail merges from databases for all mailings, including electronic ones-
- Produce donor reports and reconcile financial records-
- Participate in all aspects of special event planning, including the annual fundraising benefit/auction**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree preferred-
- 5+ year proven work history in fundraising or similar field-
- Administrative and special events experience-
- The ability to work with a team and independently, managing multiple projects-
- Knowledge and experience within a Mac environment-
- Donor database experience strongly encouraged- This position is full-time and primarily remote - this position requires occasional travel to the office in Midtown Manhattan and campuses in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut).

**Salary Range**
- $65,000 - $70,000
