The Customer Support Representative is a hybrid role which comes with the opportunity to be the face of ATSG working on the front lines with our members, customers, and fellow team members. You will help maintain and shape ATSG's reputation, so we are looking for a certain type of personality and professionalism. Someone that doesn't shy away from providing exceptional customer service and support day in and day out. And someone that can do that while having fun and making it fun for others
As a key part of our team, you'll often be the first point of contact for our members and customers when they need help the most. Whether it's gathering vehicle and diagnostic information from a member who needs assistance from our technicians to finish a job, setting up a transmission shop as a new member, fulfilling a distributor book order, or outbound calling to sell the latest ATSG product or event, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create a positive and supportive environment.
As our Customer Support Representative, your day-to-day will be centered around things like:
- Ability to "WOW" customers daily.
- Caring to learn the business and grow the business.
- Fielding inbound communications in a way that fosters good rapport with customers and leads to referrals.
- Leading outbound call campaigns armed with the product knowledge we will teach you.
- Processing and fulfilling distributor orders and web sale orders.
- Providing quick and friendly support to a widely diverse customer base.
- Creating invoices in Quickbooks and other minor accounting tasks.
- Assisting with product inventory and product ordering.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Previous customer support experience.
- Relentless follow-through and follow-up.
- Ability to function independently. Because micromanaging (or being micromanaged) stinks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and dependability in everything you do.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people. Your coworkers and customers usually become your friends since we are all pretty cool.
- Computer and web savvy-ness, including the ability to learn new systems.
- College degree or similar experience. Your major is not important - just your willingness and track record of a passion for learning. We want you to have chops.
- Experience with Hubspot, Big Commerce, and Quickbooks is a plus, but not mandatory.
