About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist III to join our Client Support team at FIS. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise in the business of banking to provide exceptional support to our clients.

About the Team:

Our Client Support team is a collaborative organization that works together to help our clients succeed. We are a team of experienced bankers who understand how to use our software and how it applies to the business of banking.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues related to financial transactions, operational controls, operational compliance, statements, and notices.
  • Provide expert product support to clients, recreating client issues in FIS test environments to provide the best solution.
  • Anticipate next steps in what the client is trying to accomplish by asking probing questions.
  • Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action.
  • Document customer information and recurring issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
  • Client-focused with strong relationship building skills.
