WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Monitors the suite of COTS systems, manages data, performs necessary testing & validation for release management, investigates and completes root cause analysis on major issues, and works with others to improve standard processes.
- Partners with Retail Technology Solutions training team to propose and develop documentation and training for internal and external end users.
- Investigates and provides solutions to streamline, automate or eliminate inefficient or manual processes and procedures.
- Maintains security access for information systems.
- Provide mentorship to Application Support Analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service.
- Previous software management experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- 4+ years of working in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenarios.

Preferred
- Experience with insurance software suites (Vertafore, Applied Epic)
- Experience with CRM software (Dynamics)
- Intermediate knowledge of the insurance industry.
