What You'll Do

As a Senior Application Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with talented technologists and accelerate your career by participating in our numerous upskilling, training, and certification programs. You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing effective application monitoring to detect incidents promptly and minimize downtime.
  • Supervising and monitoring daily and monthly batch chains to ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Providing regular data quality reports.
  • Streamlining processes to reduce manual intervention.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing level 2 application support to back-office users.
  • Analyzing, managing, and coordinating incidents and requests, especially those impacting multiple teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Java, PL/SQL, and Linux.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Calypso version 16, specializing in Back-office functionality and customization of various modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial assets (FX, money market, cash) and the trade lifecycle.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting, such as MMSR.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for night and weekend support.
