This is advanced secretarial support work providing typing, organizational and related support to management officials and assisting associated staff members in the substantive processing of functional requirements.
- Communicate with department heads, staffing levels & needs
- Overseeing all staffing needs and operations of facility.
- Liaising w/ staffing agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.
- Ensure compliance with internal/ external policies and regulations and follow Union MOU guideline.
- Prepare & submit reports on staffing operations.
- Collaborate with HR Departments to ensure correct employee compensation
- Reviewing daily schedules and filling open shifts with adequate coverage.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
- Proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position
- Solid knowledge of Department of Health regulations
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practice in LTC/ Rehab Facility
- Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills
