Summary: This position will function in an administrative support role at the Groveland, FL manufacturing plant supporting purchasing, scheduling and freight. This role will need strong attention to detail, computer skills and the ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast paced environment.

Job Description:

Handle invoicing and documenting in system
Assist with scheduling paperwork and scanning
Backup to the freight coordinator
Strong data entry and administrative tasks as assigned
Safety-sensitive position

Qualifications:

1-2yrs administrative and/or purchasing experience preferred
Must have very strong computer skills with heavy emphasis on Excel
Manufacturing background preferred
Accounting and logistics experience a plus
Strong computer skills, analytical and math skills needed
Ability to act promptly and quickly under pressure in a fast paced environment
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
MUST BE A "GO GETTER"
