Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions
Perform a range of administrative tasks, including composing and typing routine correspondence and memoranda.
Develop and maintain extensive spreadsheets and databases.
Create forms and templates, and prepare documents using multiple software programs.
Personal Assistance
Serve as a personal assistant to the Director.
Assist the BEM Office Manager and Benefit Eligibility Consultants.
Coordinate staff calendars, make travel arrangements, maintain task lists, and produce meeting minutes.
Managerial Support
Assist with Client Billing, Administrative Client Hours, and Financial Impact spreadsheets.
Enter information into the Replicon system, compile data, perform analysis, and create reports.
Postage and Printing
Assist with office postage and printing tasks, track usage, and enter data into the Replicon system.
Pick up and distribute client mail daily and order postage as needed.
Office Supplies and Inventory
Maintain inventory of office furniture and equipment, manage office supplies, and track expenses.
Assist with monthly office bills, credit card reports, and expense reporting to the CBS Finance Department.
Case Management Support
Assist Benefit Eligibility Consultants with daily case management tasks.
Answer calls, file paperwork, implement print jobs, retrieve voice mail messages, scan files, and manage recycling and shredding functions.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or greater
Valid Drivers License and a working vehicle
Ability to work independently and multitask
Three years prior administrative support experience required
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new software systems
Clear and accurate note-taking abilities
Effective communication with staff members, supervisors, clients, and vendors
Physical Requirements
Travel to local post offices as assigned
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to carry boxes of mail
