Description:

This is a part-time role at approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. This will be an in-office position and 100% onsite at the Indianapolis location - 10 West Market Street, Suite 2300, IN. Can be flexible with the actual schedule - would ideally like someone in late morning until early afternoon. Some of the job functions revolve around mail and those hours would give the best coverage Open to early morning or later in the afternoon for the right person Hours will need to be between 8am-5pm

Daily Duties:

Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Answer and direct phone calls

Process/sort incoming and outgoing mail

Receive UPS/FedEx packages and distribute them accordingly

Order badges for new/current employees

Order office supplies as needed

Maintenance for postage machine copiers

Parking validations and invoicing
