*Skills & Experience:*
* Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership in acute care.
* At least 10 years of experience in critical care or emergency department (ED).
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Experience with quality improvement models and tools.
* Effective in establishing working relationships with all departments and staff levels.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated competence in clinical specialty and administrative skills.
* Commitment to professional growth and development.

*Education:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
* Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

*Certifications & Licensure:*
* Current NY State RN License.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
* Specialty certification required.

Pay: $68.00 - $72.00 per hour
