Job Summary: This role involves both inbound and outbound marketing calls to new and existing agents, including product presentation, recruitment, development, and servicing of agents/agencies. The position is based at our Home Office in Lawrenceburg, TN.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound marketing calls to new and existing agents, including product presentation, recruitment, development, and servicing of agents/agencies.

  • Work closely with others on the Sales Team to develop new sales strategies, recruiting ideas, and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Assist new and existing agents with new contracts, certifications, trainings, tools and resources, product knowledge, network questions, client issues, etc.

  • Collaborate with other departments in the office to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and maintain a team environment.

  • Work closely with various carrier representatives, agents, and agency owners; assist the marketing department with miscellaneous duties.

  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, industry training seminars as needed.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, Medicare Supplements, Life, etc.

  • Overall knowledge of the Medicare program, compliance guidelines & Medicare Marketing Guidelines.

  • Experience with computers, office equipment, MS Office required.

  • Great communication skills, along with excellent organizational skills, spelling skills, and ability to multi-task required.
