Field Service Technician Requirements & Qualifications:

* Valid Drivers License with acceptable record.
* TWIC card obtainable
* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* Prefer a background with various construction or heavy machinery experience. Specifically in repairing hydraulics, electric systems, and diesel engines..
* Knowledge of construction equipment and supplies preferred.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

* Travel to locations in the field to repair and maintain equipment. Typical daily travel within 50 miles.
* Must be able to perform a variety of skilled duties which involve inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair of general rental and/or high reach equipment.
* Service equipment to specification to ensure proper operating conditions at the job site.
* Must be able to operate equipment such as booms, forklifts, compressors, generators, hydraulic/electrical tools, and related tools.
* Complete all required documentation, timesheets, checklist, receiving records, and repair order logs in a timely manner.
* Conduct preventative maintenance as required.
* Train lower level technicians or new employees as deemed necessary.
* Other duties as assigned.
