Job Description

**Job Summary**

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the public safety market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the public safety market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our customer base, including public safety agencies and government organizations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for each major customer account, including product and service portfolio development and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and service teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales and/or public safety experience, or 4+ years of sales and/or public safety experience.
  • Previous public safety experience and/or sales experience selling solutions into government organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship development and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sales strategies and solutions to customers.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory.
