MBA preferred.Proven experience in business operations within the cloud services industry.Strong background in data operations, quality control, and technical integrationsExpertise in managing product lifecycles, pricing strategies, and new product introductions.Extensive knowledge of lead to cash processes, Salesforce.com, and revenue recognition principles.Strong project management skills with a track record of successful strategic project oversight.Ability to analyze complex issues, prioritize tasks, and drive resolution.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executives and collaborating with team members.Experience with NPI processes and understanding their impact on various business functions.Proven ability to manage revenue operations and business intelligence functions.Process-oriented mindset with the ability to balance detail with practicality.Familiarity with cloud providers’ marketplaces is a plus.Proficiency with CRM CPQ tools.Compensation
