Transformative Strategy Role at Micron Technology

Micron Technology, a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Corporate Strategy to join its Executive team. As a key member of the Corporate Strategy organization, you will play a critical role in driving the company's long-term profitable growth and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Corporate Strategy organization, driving strategic analysis and decision-making to meet business objectives.
  • Formulate company-wide strategy, synthesizing industry trends and business unit insights to identify and execute initiatives that drive growth.
  • Assess business profitability, recommending investment mix changes to optimize portfolio allocation and resource allocation.
  • Drive market intelligence, leveraging a network of marketing experts to assess supply and demand dynamics and inform investment decisions.
  • Consolidate business plans, quarterly and annually, for internal and board reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, and finance, to drive business growth and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior strategy leader in a global company.
  • Deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience in key end markets.
  • Experience with financial modeling and strategic analysis.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
