Job Title:  Site Coordinator

Pay:  $12/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Supervisory role ensuring a safe and caring program for children.
  • Maintains staff schedules for both morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Maintains program documentation, reporting requirements and training.
  • Interacts with staff, children, guardians and directors
  • Support program director by following policy / procedures, submitting documentation & reports, coaching staff and handling issues. 

What’s Needed?

  • Prior childcare experience in a professional setting
  • Lead / supervisor experience
  • Organized, computer skills and creative
  • Customer service presence
