Pay Rate/Shift
• $17.00 per hour.
•  7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, no overtime required.

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Working closely with the Office Manager to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Providing support to clients and answering their questions and requests over the phone.
• Protecting confidential and sensitive information.
• Performing various secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties related to landscaping.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are bilingual (speak Spanish & English). This is highly preferred
• Have good communication and coordination skills.
• Have knowledge of QuickBooks (highly preferred).
• Are proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Office.
• Have knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Have a High School Diploma or College Degree.
