*Requirements:*
* Property leasing experience for a market rent community
* Yardi experience
* CRM experience
* Bilingual preferred
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a assistant property manager
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Outstanding Customer Service
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure of deadlines.
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documents.
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
* Must be able to work under pressure, with or without supervision, for extended periods of time, and in high stress, high pressure environments.
