We are currently seeking a skilled Property Leasing and Marketing Specialist to manage apartment leasing and enhance resident engagement.
Responsibilities:
The duties of the Property Leasing and Marketing Specialist include:
Overseeing all facets of the leasing process, which encompasses leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and facilitating a seamless move-in experience.
Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
Address inquiries via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails, which involves providing leasing information, scheduling appointments, and managing maintenance requests.
Collect deposits and rental payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting all clients with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Qualifications:
The qualifications for a Property Leasing and Marketing Specialist are as follows:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an organized manner.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Must be capable of touring the community with clients, which includes walking the property and navigating stairs.
This position may require a valid driver's license.
