About the Role
This role involves managing and coordinating individuals, tasks, and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the property. Collaborating with senior management on company goals, annual budget, and corporate leadership to establish property operating objectives and strategies. It also includes developing team members, being proactive in tasks to achieve targets, and supporting others' success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate property operations to ensure efficient and effective management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, Federal, State, and local Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and property management regulations.
Requirements
- Tax Credit / LIHTC background. Certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Associate's degree or equivalent, with one to two years of relevant experience or training, or a similar combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and other computer programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and pride in work quality.
- Professional demeanor in person and on the phone.
- Ability to make well-informed decisions decisively.
- Effective at working independently with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Meeting deadlines for tasks and projects.
