a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for general maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and inspections. If

*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Inspect both interior and exterior components of our properties to ensure they are well-maintained or need repair.
* Perform various maintenance tasks including painting, light carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, and other manual labor duties.
* Execute special projects as assigned by management.
* Attend field visits and meetings as needed.
* Communicate promptly, politely, and effectively with both internal and external customers.
* Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to emergency situations after hours and on weekends (stipend paid).
* Provide detailed descriptions of work performed, including photos and receipts.

*Requirements:*
* Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
* High school diploma or equivalent education.
* Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues or propose effective solutions.
* Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers.
* Display a professional demeanor and work effectively as part of a team.
* Proficient in operating a smartphone for emails, photo sharing, and mobile dispatching.
* Preferred experience or knowledge in property management.
* Comfortable with technology including Outlook and other software.
* Possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
* Capable of operating a truck or similar vehicle as needed.
* Able to climb ladders for access to equipment and facilities.
* Have the strength and ability to lift heavy objects or equipment.
* Proficient in operating various tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
