*Key Responsibilities:*

* Ability to climb ladders or use other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.

*Required Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma or GED
* 5+ years of experience in building automation controls, HVAC service, or electrical troubleshooting and wiring
* Experience with Microsoft Suite
* Valid and current driver's license, insurable by the company's insurance carrier
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate proficiently with customers
* Successful completion of background check and drug screening

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Associate degree, or technical school in HVAC
* Field experience and understanding of DDC Building Automation Systems, and integration experience (BACnet, Modbus, Lon). Automated Logic software and hardware experience a plus
* Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and troubleshooting
* Ability to read and understand architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints
* Background in HVAC mechanical equipment operation and control sequences
