We are Looking for Field Technical Specialist to Join our Fortunate 500 Client

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HP PC/Printer Field Service Representative to provide on-site technical support in the Dayton, OH area. The role involves repairing and maintaining hardware, including printers, PCs, laptops, desktops, and RPOS. This position is customer-facing and requires strong technical and mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site hardware support and repairs for HP products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers and PCs.
  • Work with customers to meet their needs while following HP’s agreements.
  • Document service events and manage repairs.
  • Handle multiple tasks and priorities independently.
  • Follow health and safety rules, including mask mandates and vaccination requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in printer repair and PC hardware support.
  • Strong mechanical skills and experience using repair tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for hardware issues.
  • Strong communication skills for on-site customer interactions.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in challenging conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated and follow mask guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree in a related field.
  • Experience with HP products and industry knowledge.
