Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 13 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or 10 years of relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or Business Administration field
  • Expert-level knowledge and breadth of applied experience in a related field to be considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Demonstrate qualities inherent with technical-leadership experience, such as ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations to meet requirements and objectives within available resources; adapt standard techniques/processes to perform complex tasks; plan, organize, and mentor junior managers and employees
  • May be required to obtain or maintain a minimum of a SECRET clearance and access commensurate to their involvement with the USG

Preferred Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Technical field)
  • Demonstrated experience in DoD (USAF or other DoD service) acquisition programs for aerospace systems
  • Demonstrated experience in an engineering or technical lead position (e.g., Government, Military, or Industry level Program Engineers, Lead Engineers, Technical Advisors, Technical Program Leads, Team/Branch Level Leadership)
  • Previously published research or contributions to Technical Organizations
