Sodexo is seeking an experienced, creative and passionate Regional Executive Chef to join the Delta Sky Club mega-hub in Atlanta. Prior experience managing high- volume/large scale first-class culinary operations, large teams and logistics is a must. The Executive Chef will work closely with Delta and the Sodexo team to create exciting and sophisticated culinary experiences for the Delta guests, exceeding expectations while enhancing client program objectives. 

This position is responsible for the organization and execution oversight of all culinary operations serving 5 million guests a year in the 7 Atlanta Delta Sky Clubs within the busiest airport in the world. A great opportunity for an energetic chef who loves to travel and is looking to be part of a large culinary corporation on a prestigious client portfolio. Excellent communication skills are a must and this position reports into a Culinary Director as well as the Operations Director on site.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing within small kitchen spaces with limited equipment, creating menus, training kitchen staff and is passionate about developing systems and teams.

The successful candidate will:

  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems (Excel Spreadsheets).
  • Train and mentor employees
  • Be responsible for controlling costs
