Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Pay Range: Paying up to $70/hr (DOE)
Duration: 12-18 month project
What’s the Job?
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive cultural transformation strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Leadership Development: Partner with executives and managers to enhance leadership capabilities that support the desired culture.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from all levels of the organization.
• Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
• Communication: Develop effective communication strategies to convey cultural initiatives and progress to all employees.
• Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of cultural transformation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Training and Development: Create and facilitate training programs that reinforce the desired culture and behaviors.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve cultural and organizational conflicts, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, departmental heads, and employees to ensure alignment and support for cultural initiatives.
What’s Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field with a focus on cultural transformation.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation What would be useful
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resource (PHR) professional credentials preferred
• Experience in a similar role within a large, diverse organization.
• Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives.
