Pay Rate: $26/hr
Hybrid- In office for training and meetings
Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Sales & Marketing Support Specialist:
• Responding to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Engaging with the sales team on pricing, credit, rebills, returns, and cancellation requests.
• Entering customer master changes in MDG as prescribed by the owning CSR.
• Maintaining customer profile updates in SharePoint.
• Reviewing daily reports to proactively address issues.
• Supporting the CSR team and providing audit support.
• Assisting with administrative functions for inside and outside sales.
• Supporting the marketing department with daily tasks.
• Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Following up on customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keeping up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Have previous customer service experience.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Are a quick learner, especially when it comes to IT-related systems.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of sales department support work.
• Have intermediate/high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and software.
• Have experience with SAP R3/P23 system and SalesForce.
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
