Who You Are:? 
Inside Sales will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and provide outbound sales support in a warm/cold-call scenario in our Wisconsin and Indiana locations. 

This role will coordinate with multiple different aspects of the front-line organization. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task while exercising independent judgment, confidentiality, and discretion.? 

Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):? 

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and using lead generation software. 


Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce the company's offerings and establish 


Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations with clients, addressing their concerns and questions, and effectively closing sales deals. 


Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage client information, and maintain a pipeline of prospects and active sales. 


Account Management: Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers, including handling reorders or upsells, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 


Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company. 


Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, detailing achievements, pipeline status, and future sales forecasting. 


Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products or services, staying updated on any new features or changes. 


Feedback Collection and Implementation: Gather customer feedback, share it with relevant teams (like product development or marketing), and implement strategies to address common issues or needs. 


Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to optimize sales strategies and customer experience.

Requirements, Experience, & Education (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):?? 

Associates degree preferred 


Flexible in a fast-paced, multi-tasked demanding business environment 


Ability to analyze information using logic and process to address miscellaneous situations and problems 


Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 


Ability to reach, bend, and frequently twist to perform office inventory and stocking of supplies 


Must be able to lift between 5lbs and 25lbs on a frequent basis without assistance
