Every graduate of a Registered Apprenticeship program will receive a nationally-recognized credential from the DOL. Successful completion of the program also earns higher education credits that can be used towards graduate certificates and degreed programs. What makes a great Technical Apprentice?A degree is not required to apply for most technical apprenticeship programs. We select apprentices based on a range of core traits and skills, such as:
Passion for continuously learning, improving, technology, and achieving more
Curious mindset, problem solving, and ability to quickly apply back into your work
Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new things and help others
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
