Aquent is in search of a dynamic self-starter to join our client’s team as a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist. You’ll be part of their Web Marketing team, which is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for their visitors and members. You will report to their Senior Web Marketing Manager, Experimentation and you will help drive and refine the conversion rate optimization strategy and roadmap for the Marketing website. 

Responsibilities:

Design and execute strategic testing initiatives on the clients website with a goal to increase product conversion rates
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Data Science, Creative, Paid Digital and MarTech
Create and refine processes to generate data-backed hypotheses and ideas for testing
Anticipate and solve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact initiative delivery
Project manage tests, while building repeatable, consistent processes and best practices for test execution
Upkeep various experimentation resources such as a learnings library to drive continuous operational improvements
Partner with MarTech, Marketing Data Science and various Engineering teams to improve and iterate on the testing platform as well as data capabilities
Identify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as needed

Requirements:

2-3+ years proven experience using data and insights to inform web optimization projects such as A/B tests, multivariate tests, landing page performance audits, personalization; financial services a plus
Great communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization
Well-organized, detail oriented, and resourceful
Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple priorities
Comfortable liasoning and presenting to senior leadership and executives
Experience with Optimizely or similar testing platform
Experience with Amplitude, Tableau or a similar analytics tool
Experience working with a CMS (content management system) with WordPress, Contentful, etc.
Familiarity with various project management systems (Agile, Kanban) and platforms (Workfront, JIRA)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
