Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head of Marketing and Growth to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, visual ads, content marketing, social media, and email.
  • Collaborate with our data science team to leverage machine learning and AI to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain detailed analytics pipelines to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization and improvement.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.
  • Strong experience with running paid ads on Google Search, Google Display, Twitter, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong experience managing or working with contract workers across different time zones.
  • Strong experience creating concise, clear briefs for writers, designers, and other team members.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth-focused tactics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Zapier, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to easily explain complex ideas in simple layman language.
  • Ability to think spontaneously on the spot.
  • Great proficiency in English and ability to start and engage conversations.
  • An autonomous, independent, and collaborative work ethic and style.
