prepare and present financial expectations and results to functional teams; teach and help navigate the business using key financial and operational metrics
Provide indirect supervision of forecasting and budgeting processes
Conduct financial statement analysis, insight, and business performance reporting including revenue and expense analysis
Complete key project work including business case development, metric analysis, and senior management support as assigned
Responsible for reporting work including monthly business review documents, weekly and monthly KPI reporting

6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience preferably in a decision support capacity
~ BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; MBA preferred
~ Advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of Oracle accounting systems and BI tools (OBIEE, Essbase)
~ Analytical skills, strong partnering & education skills to support work with non-financial management teams
~ Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills; forecast model building & experience a plus
~ This role is available in a hybrid work arrangement allowing for a balance of remote work and on-site collaboration at our headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota
