This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team at RPG. This role is integral to the management of essential financial operations, including general ledger oversight, cost management, accounts payable, payroll processing, and treasury functions. The Finance Operations Manager will ensure the accurate execution of all financial transactions and deliver timely, insightful financial reports and analyses that are crucial for informed decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and statistical reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead the accounting and payroll teams to maintain seamless operations, while also overseeing inventory and cost accounting to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Manage the reconciliation of key accounts on a monthly basis and coordinate year-end audit preparations.
  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with management guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise payroll operations to guarantee accurate and timely employee compensation, including compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
  • Administer treasury functions to maintain effective cash management and payment processing.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members, while also participating in the selection and implementation of new accounting systems.
  • Engage in special projects and analyses as directed by the executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • At least three years of experience in public accounting, with a CPA designation preferred.
  • Proven supervisory experience in a managerial role, particularly in accounts payable and payroll functions.
  • Familiarity with UKG payroll software is essential, while proficiency in Cost Accounting and NetSuite software is highly desirable.
