Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Equipment Finance Account Executive to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Over The Road Dealer Group within Specialty Industries. The primary responsibility of this position is to enhance and drive the retail referral business pipeline for commercial truck dealers. The successful candidate will manage and grow existing client relationships, onboard new clients, assist management teams with customer inquiries for assigned accounts, and achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage relationships with clients who have existing accounts in the Equipment Finance Account Management sector.
- Play a crucial role in developing new accounts and expanding current client relationships.
- Utilize independent judgment to manage and improve relationships with existing clients while meeting business objectives.
- Independently oversee assigned account relationships.
- Support management teams in addressing customer requests and developing new accounts.
- Collaborate with both internal and external customers to foster strong working relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance Account Management or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience in Equipment Finance Vendor roles.
- Background in Sales.
- Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Extensive experience in client relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of lease and loan products, pricing, credit underwriting, and documentation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial metrics.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to balance the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to engage with all levels of an organization.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
