The Super will be responsible for all the on-site activities required throughout the construction process to successfully deliver a project on time and within budget. p>

The Construction Superintendent/QC Manager/SSHO position is a salaried, full-time position. This person works in conjunction with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects for the company. Some of the duties include overseeing all onsite work, working with the Owner and Subcontractors to ensure the projects run smoothly and safely. The Super must also be able to wear multiple hats and fill the QC Manager/SSHO position if required.
