This person MUST have the following qualifications:

Understanding & experience in oversight of federal & state payroll taxes & proper filing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Responsibilities:
Complete all aspects of payroll for employees employed by Infinity Staffing (200+ employees in different states).
Complete accounting tasks & generation of financial documents to assist with management of business.
Handle all payroll reports - familiarity with ADP & Avionte a plus.
Onboarding new hires.
Employee verifications.
Handle multi-state tax filings.
Handle internal company reporting and sending out company-wide reports
Confirm & input hours for employees weekly.
Bill Infinity Staffing clients weekly & resolve in variance in hours worked by employees.
Handle new employee set up and maintenance in our systems
Assist with general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Oversight of yearend W-2 generation & disbursement.
