Business Development Executive

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience of successful contract or capital goods selling experience, preferably including experience in developing new business
- Innovative, self-starter, advanced selling skills. Proven success at quickly building relationships with partners
- Thorough knowledge of architecture & design, furniture products/services
- Find & generate new business in the South Bay, CA market
- Be initial key contact with new large customers, maintain long-term relationships
- Manage first sale/project with large accounts from start to finish, formulate sales strategy
- Maintain CRM information including up-to-date client information
- Ability to make an impact within the organization, growth and development
- Stable company in the industry for over 110+ years, continuing to innovate and evolve. Unique in the industry, impeccable brand recognition

- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
- The expected range for this role is $130K-160K, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience
