Be part of our movement, let’s pursue excellence together.  Summary:The Director, Market Access Operations will be responsible for implementing and managing a customer service/reimbursement hub and specialty pharmacy for providers and patients. This position will be the subject matter expert for HUB services for all Pacira products and will collaboratively navigate the healthcare system to facilitate access to information, support, treatment, and services.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.Implement and manage a reimbursement/access hub to provide appropriate access services to health care prescribers/offices and patients, including the development and management of performance metricsManage access-related programs (e.g., charitable access, financial assistance)Collaborate with the Market Access Ops team to lead initiatives and/or vendors, driving progress towards program goalsPartner with cross-functional teams, supporting the Senior Director in developing program enhancements to optimize HUB support servicesContribute to the development & maintenance of program materials, including SOPs, work instructions, and training resourcesOversee & deliver internal training by developing & maintaining comprehensive training materials in collaboration with the Learning & Development teamSupport field team members with HUB services education, onboarding, and training for HCP customersProvide daily support to the Market Access & HUB operations teams to complete case escalation and ensure effective communication to internal & external customersWork closely and collaboratively with other commercial team members to meet common business objectivesSupervisory Responsibilities:None.Interaction:This position will work closely with internal departments, such as Marketing, Learning & Development, Field Sales, Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Medical Affairs, and with external consultants. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree required5-7 years working in access and distribution for a biotech or pharmaceutical company5-7 years managing external access partner relationshipsTrack record of operational excellenceExperience in access for a medical benefit and/or physician administered product required, as well as pharmacy benefit preferredExperience in market access for a product launch requiredQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
