About The Role Here at Simplyhealth were looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join our Clinical Services team, supporting with the delivery of compliance health checks, the resolution and tracking of clinical complaints and reviewing marketing materials.

Youll act as the primary contact for our clinical support inbox, reviewing and responding to compliance queries from member dentists and Simplyhealth colleagues. Well look to you to assist in the review of marketing and clinical support materials across the group to ensure that its clinically accurate including keeping up to date with changes in regulation and legislation to amending guidance documents as required.

A driving license is essential as the role may involve travel to Denplan dental practices (in line with the latest government advice).

**Please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new smart working approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.**

Youll enjoy problem solving and data gathering and ideally youll have an understanding and knowledge of the principles of clinical governance and compliance in dentistry or another clinical area.

If you have recent and current experience working as a Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, Dental Nurse, or, in any capacity in Clinical Governance, this could be the ideal role for you.

**In Return**

Youll receive a competitive basic salary plus benefits including:

* Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary

* 36 days holiday (including 8 b ank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days

* A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways

* A yearly company funded allowance of 500 that you can choose to use against great benefits such as private medical insurance, shopping vouchers and fitness accessories
