As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in addressing inquiries related to our health plans through various communication channels, ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging with clients and healthcare professionals through email, phone, and web chat to guarantee a positive and supportive experience regarding health cash plan inquiries.
  • Delivering accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.
  • Taking full responsibility for customer inquiries and ensuring they are resolved successfully.
  • Meeting established productivity standards, including call availability and precise processing of customer requests to maintain high-quality service.
  • Participating in a comprehensive training academy designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Work Environment

This role primarily operates in a home-based setting, aligned with our flexible working approach. However, occasional attendance at meetings may be required.

About You

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly over the phone.
  • The ability to maintain a consistently positive customer experience, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
