As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in addressing inquiries related to our health plans through various communication channels, ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with clients and healthcare professionals through email, phone, and web chat to guarantee a positive and supportive experience regarding health cash plan inquiries.
- Delivering accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.
- Taking full responsibility for customer inquiries and ensuring they are resolved successfully.
- Meeting established productivity standards, including call availability and precise processing of customer requests to maintain high-quality service.
- Participating in a comprehensive training academy designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success.
Work Environment
This role primarily operates in a home-based setting, aligned with our flexible working approach. However, occasional attendance at meetings may be required.
About You
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly over the phone.
- The ability to maintain a consistently positive customer experience, even in challenging situations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
