The role? You’ll be the sales & marketing mastermind behind our clients’ success, selling on-air promotions with top-notch digital strategies—everything from targeted online ads to social media magic. You’ll use our on-air and digital opportunities to craft killer marketing and advertising strategies for your clients. Whether it’s creating buzz with a live event or building a digital campaign that cuts through the noise, you’ll be the go-to person for innovative solutions. Your goal? Help our clients stand out in a crowded digital landscape and crush your monthly goals.

What you'll be doing:

- Leverage digital platforms to drive results for clients through custom strategies (think display ads, social media campaigns, SEO, and more)

- Partner with our creative team to integrate on-air and digital solutions for a 360° marketing experience

- Connect brands with audiences in fresh, engaging ways through data-driven insights and innovative thinking; then selling and gaining business approval and commitment to execute. 


What we’re looking for:

- B2B outside sales experience (bonus if you’ve sold digital media or advertising)

- A proven ability to develop and close new business while nurturing existing relationships

- Confidence in navigating both traditional media and cutting-edge digital platforms
