Marketing Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Admin to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth execution of DivergeIT’s marketing campaigns and strategies. This role is essential in enhancing our marketing efforts and driving overall business success.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the planning and timely execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, print, and digital ads.
  • Utilize the company CRM to identify and tag prospects for pre-determined campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of all marketing initiatives.

Data Hygiene:

  • Manage customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and report on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and KEAP.

Marketing Material Creation:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Communications:

  • Update and distribute the DivergeIT monthly company newsletter and manage other internal and external communications.

Vendor Liaison:

  • Act as the point of contact for external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.

Software Administration:

  • Administer software suites that link marketing campaigns to the DivergeIT business development calendar.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing administration or support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools (experience with KEAP is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
