Job Title: Customer Service ServiceMax Administrator

Rapiscan Systems is a leading provider of detection technology, offering cargo and vehicle inspection systems and services for various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service ServiceMax Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the ServiceMax system to support efficient field service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Rapiscan Systems standards are adhered to and executed consistently with company direction.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve business operations and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceMax platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ability to integrate ServiceMax with other systems and tools.
  • Excellent technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze business needs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications, such as ServiceMax Administrator Certification, are a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree required; years of experience may substitute in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience using Salesforce and/or ServiceMax desired.
  • Customer interface and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work overtime, non-standard hours, and travel as required.
