The Opportunity

The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for identifying and accurately distributing a high volume of accounting and claims related correspondence.

Responsibilities:

Identify and categorize correspondence received from our clients according to content.

Ensure correspondence is assigned to the correct loss number, department, and person.

Research reported losses do not already exist in system prior to categorizing.

Assist in responding to client requests.

Successful candidates will possess the following experience, skills, and capabilities:

A high school diploma is required.

2+ years office experience, preferred.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Outlook.

Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills for handling high volume intake in order to meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task.

Effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, relationships, and teamwork.

Open-minded, receptive to innovation and automation.

Uses judgment and problem-solving skills to detect routine issues.
