As a key member of the North America Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) Commercial Management team, the Senior Project Manager will oversee the execution of Premix Projects within the Prospect to Order pipeline. This role focuses on prioritizing the North American Market-Ready Solutions (MRS) business.
The primary responsibility includes managing the implementation of the Premix as a Product Standard Process Workflow and facilitating the Technical Transfer Process to Premix Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Business Direction: Lead the regional execution of MRS business development initiatives aligned with the growth strategy.
- Planning & Implementation: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring coordination with Operations to oversee the complete costs associated with MRS projects.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to conduct market assessments and devise pricing strategies, including Sales, Technical, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates to all relevant stakeholders and keep Sales informed on project progress.
- Special Projects Management: Lead and execute unique premix projects requiring collaboration across functional teams.
- Ongoing Business Support: Address commercial business challenges as they arise, such as updating pricing for existing projects and managing responses to execution issues.
- Process Improvement: Support and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing MRS processes, including new SAP procedures.
- Gap Analysis: Identify and analyze gaps in MRS execution to foster continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
Support Functions:
- Validation of annual contracts and terms, including any applicable surcharges and penalties.
- Conduct commercial operations and system training for new team members.
- Engage in various commercial initiatives for both MRS and non-MRS projects.

Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the human nutrition sector.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a proven capacity to connect data to business outcomes and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to both internal and external audiences.
- Experience in dynamic, matrixed organizations.
- Relevant experience in product commercial management, sales, or strategic marketing is essential.
- Exceptional organizational, conceptual, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
