Let’s create tomorrow together.The Sr. Manager, Financial Systems will lead the evaluation, design recommendation and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions to improve financial systems and end-to-end processes. Directly manage the staff of Financial Systems Analysts, Advisors, and/or Managers. Lead all phases of complex global projects including concept, design, development, testing, implementation and support. Lead project review analysis, design, and deliver training, and direct change adoption activities. Responsibilities:Directly manages a team of analysts in the successful implementation of Finance related systems projectsCoaches and mentors direct and indirect staff to ensure high levels of performanceLeads the implementation of complex system related process improvements within the global Finance organizationResponsible for driving business policy decisions necessary to support system solutionsFosters cross functional collaboration at all levels of the organization to accelerate business value and promote operational efficiencyDirects change adoption in a global environment with multi culturesFosters teamwork and collaboration within the project environment to allow innovation to thriveLeads staff in meeting project deliverables and deadlines and act as a point of escalation for issue resolutionActs as subject matter expert on technology trends and new products; attend conferences, review technical publications, and maintain relationships with associations and trade groupsSupports development of training plans and ensures training is delivered to user community prior to solution enablementQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required12+ years’ experience including 5 years business systems analysis and/operational accounting experience, with 2+ years leading global cross functional business initiativesManagement experience with the ability to hire, coach, and performance manage direct reportsExperience implementing finance related ERP applications Must be able to work hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL.
