Pay: $17/hr
Job Description
• Answer calls, emails and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. Calls are auto-connected, so it is HIGH volume.
• Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
• Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient’s medication as needed.
• Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
-
Medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology experience
-
High volume call experience
NICE TO HAVE
-
One (1) year of work experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field.

Bilingual in Spanish and English
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Work Environment
Shifts available: 8:30am to 4pm, 9:30am to 5pm, 10:30am to 7pm, or 11:30am to 8pm. Desk job in a close-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone.
