About the Role: As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. You will provide exceptional customer service, accurate information, and resolve caller needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
- Resolve the callers' needs.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience.
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
