Responsibilities

The Patient Support Representative is responsible for providing support to patients and healthcare providers through the following various duties: Scheduled shifts are M-F between 8am to 8pm. All positions report on site daily. Some hybrid available, but not guaranteed.

  • Inbound Call Center Experience a Must Have
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other requests
  • Meet or exceed service level goals.
  • Excellent typing skills, MS Office, and 10-key skills needed.
Maintaining patient confidentiality is crucial in this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
